I have over 20 years of experience in management, customer relationship management (CRM), and training in the telecommunications, medical, and consulting industries, during which time I have led numerous training sessions for intermediate and senior employees. Developing and creating a training manual for newcomers. in addition,  I've had the opportunity to instruct at I.T.I (Information Technology Institute) as a professional trainer .

Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in business administration in the final stages of submitting my dissertation on "the impact of CRM on brand equity in higher education."

I am a Business and Management tutor for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and I hope to assist them in navigating life by sharing my academic and professional experiences.
