At Orcas Edtech, we strive to provide high-quality tutoring sessions to our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. Please carefully review our refund policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

If a tutoring session is canceled by Orcas Edtech due to unforeseen circumstances or tutor unavailability, you will be entitled to a full refund.


To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through our help center in the application.

3. Refund Process

After receiving your refund request, our team will contact you to obtain your bank information. We will then review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
