If you are wondering why there are multiple reviews by the same person, like I did, it's because for some reason the application mandates that I submit a review every time I complete a package! So you end up with many reviews from the same person to the same tutor, which messes up the rating. When I first noticed, I actually thought someone was trying to manipulate the scoring! It's impossible to see the correct rating for anyone that way. Just explaining in case someone else is confused.
